Shipping and Handling

  • All items are dispatched from our warehouse to any street address in Australia (no PO boxes). Pick up maybe available upon special request, please contact us for further details
  • We use a registered door-to-door courier services. To ensure your goods get to you quickly and safely, please make sure someone is available to sign for the delivery during normal business hours
  • Please ensure somebody is there to assist the driver and sign for goods
  • Our couriers are authorised to deliver to your door only
  • Insurance is included on all goods in transit
  • We ship within Australia, however if you interested in overseas shipping, please contact us to discuss

Return and Refund Policy

  • If for a valid reason you need to return the product, it needs to be returned to our warehouse within 7 days in original packaging with return transportation costs at buyer’s expense
  • When the returned item is inspected, we will then refund full amount less any transportation costs. Refund may be subject to a 10% restocking fee if packaging and item is not in “as new” condition
